Rick joined The Park West Group in February of 2020 with over 14 years of recruiting experience in the CE Industry. Working almost exclusively in AV with systems integrators, live event firms, vendors, and engineering consultants, Rick has built a strong reputation based on years of success in business development, candidate marketing and client satisfaction. His candidates benefit from his knowledge of the industry and his thorough understanding of the job requirements. Part of what makes Rick so effective is his diverse career prior to becoming a recruiter, including operations management and human resources.

Rick is an avid hiker, grill master and voracious reader. He and his wife are known for their annual “Pick Up Your Own Damn Cookies” holiday party at which they provide homemade cookies and lemon drop martinis for 24 of their closest friends.
